I am still on my flush even though I had some feta cheese on my big salad today. I have decided that I will slowly add one item back at a time for several days and that way I can pinpoint what it is that makes me feel sluggish (if it is in fact one thing). After all, I sure don't want to return to my old habits after the great way I am feeling.
Today I had whole grain waffles for breakfast. I had a big salad with lots of fresh veggies, walnuts and feta cheese. I had a cup of black bean soup for a snack and an apple with some peanut butter.
I am having beans and rice for dinner since I don't really feel like cooking anything.
Another week is almost over. Tomorrow is already Thursday.
